The registration fees includes the Conference Folder with all relevant material, the CD of the Conference Proceedings, participation to the coffee breaks (October 5 and 6), lunches (October 5 and 6) and the Gala Dinner (October 6) and the participation to the visit to Roman remains (October 7).


Early registration (before September 15, 2017):

         Participants: 450

         AIDAA Members: 400

         Students: 250

         Accompanying persons: 150


Late (after September 15, 2017) and on site registration:

         Participants: 500

         AIDAA Members: 450

         Students: 250

         Accompanying persons: 150


In case of cancellation, the fees will be refunded only if the authors notify the organizers before October 1, 2017.

No credit cards are available. Possibility to pay cash at the Registration desk under a preliminary written confirmation. Please check that the fee is paid in full  without any  bank expenses.
